Calculate amplitude histogram vs. time of time-series.

Parameters:
  • sig (ndarray) – Time series to be analyzed.

  • samprate (float) – Sampling rate in Hz.

  • subint (int) – Subinterval size in samples.

  • step (int) – Subinterval step in samples.

  • nfreq (int) – Number of frequency bins.

  • t0 (float) – Initial time.

  • binMax (float) – Max binned amplitude.

  • Nbins (int) – Number of amplitude bins.

Returns:

hist,mh,binvec,time_vec = CalcHistVsT(...)

  • hist (ndarray) - Amplitude histogram vs. time.

  • mh (ndarray) - Average of histogram over time.

  • binvec (ndarray) - Vector of bin locations (amplitudes).

  • time_vec (ndarray) - Time vector.
